A large white tent in the Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital parking lot was the location of the annual Celebrate Independence this past Sunday, April 6th. The weather held out for a day of fun demonstrations, informational booths, Hawaiian inspired food and a viewing of the autobiographical movie Soul Surfer and a presentation by Bethany Hamilton. The presentation was followed by a book signing and meet and great.
